Why doesn't EA take action against those buying Ultimate team coins?

I was wondering If everyone buy Ultimate team coins from other websites? The game is getting frustrated or at least me. Which ever team I face in Fifa world cup ultimate team has rating more than 86 while I just have 81, it's just too much difficult to win against them. Once I saw a team with full legendary player. Why doesn't EA take action against such players? This is just not fair to those player not buying coins.

They might see it, it's more likely than by posting here, but even then I very much doubt that they will do anything about it.
EA still makes money in any case and they know people will always buy next year's version so I honestly think they don't care about this sort of exploit.

Probably more so than here . This sort of stuff happens in loads of games, I don't think they care that much if they are making money from it. I am sure there have been many people who have bought this topic up but I don't know if you will get anywhere with it or not.

Simple. They're making money. EA is all about the money these day, but you're a little extreme, or you're just unlucky and going against super strong teams all the time. haha
