can anybody explain the members system?

so i was recently upgrade to member and not junior but i dont now how. iv seen people like seniors and even banned member status. im a bit confused on how it works and what the green bars are

Once you reach a certain number of posts (either 25 or 30) you turn from a Junior Member to a Member

It's very easy to make signature images yourself. There are plenty of sites on the internet to help you design one. I made one on this site earlier but haven't had the chance to upload it yet. It was very easy and quick, and I got an awesome signature. I'm not able to post a link, so google "webestools signature maker".

The green bars are your reputation. The more green bars you have the more people have "liked" your posts.
