How to change NAT-Type (PS4)

Hi - my PS4 is connected to my router via LAN(Cable), and whether i'm using LAN or WiFi my NAT-Type is 3.

So, my question is, how do i change it to NAT2?

I have tried to portforward, but it doesn't seem to work for me, i - of course - also have tried to create a static IP, which can connect me to the internet but still gives me NAT3.

I have a TP-LINK N600 Wireless (TL-WDR3600) router, and my modem is in my wall, so I can't change anything there.

I hope some of you could help me, i'm getting really desperate for a solution!
If you need any other info, just ask!

Is this modem in your wall technically a router itself? If yes, thats probably where you need to make changes. If you can.
