Ps4 doomed to nat 3

Hello guys! Can anyone help me with this NAT 3 restriction please? I have PLDT SMART ULTERA and they said that their connection cannot be configured using a different router. They do not have static ip address for ULTERA either. I am so frustrated with this ISP as they are not that much of a help every time i call them.

If your modem/router allows to adjust the NAT level but you still see NAT3 on your PS4, I think you don't have many chances, except to use another ISP.
