Need help fixing my controllers!

Heyy guys... I have three ps4 controllers that have little issues I want to fix. I'm not sure what parts to get and/or where to get them from. I'm looking for original (or good quality knockoff) replacements for the controllers:

1. Controller 1 - Triangle button doesn't work after I dropped it.
2. Controller 2 - Left analog stick has hickups, it randomly stops functioning.
3. Controller 3 - Right analog stick feels very loose.

So what parts do I need to fix these specific issues, Senpais? -] (By the way I live in Quebec, Canada)

Wow. That's a lot of controllers to go through. Normally, I'd say just frankenstein all 3 together into one but seems like you may run into a broken controller issue again down the road Do admire the motivation to fix it yourself. Cracked open a few PS3 controllers in my day myself

Check out this site. I've never used them....and found them in a few second Google search. So I don't know how good they are. But hey, give them a try and report back. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I haven't had to disassemble a PS4 controller yet. And hope I don't have to since I have a Cinch controller coming in soon and cost my ex 120 bucks (funny story. She ordered it for me as a gift and broke up with me a few days later. WIN!)

I can tell you what parts I THINK you may need. But if I were you, I'd open up the controllers first before you go buying parts. Sometimes things just get out of whack and may just need to be put back into place

1) could be the grommet behind the triangle button. Otherwise you could have messed up the circuit board depending on how you dropped it and how much force
2) sounds like a bad connection. Could open it and see if it's dirty
3) analog stick sounds like it may not be sitting on the board correctly. I had one loose on the PS3 controller. Just reseated it and it worked fine.
