Help - can't seem to use the funds in my wallet :(

Hi,

I have 100$ in my wallet and want to buy 2 games.
When I go to checkout, the funds are not used. Instead I am asked for a payment method.
I don't have another payment methods attached.

I can't enter the code of the prepaid cards again because they have already been used (I see them in my wallet!!!).

So how can I purchase the games using the funds that are already in my wallet?

Found the issue. thanks.

on PS4 you can't see the additional taxes. on the website you can, so I needed and extra 6$.
There could have been a message or something stating the taxes on the PS screen...
