ps5 gameshare question

me and my friend share games with each other on ps4.
he has bought 2k21 on ps4 (deluxe edition) which gives u the ps5 version of the game for free.
the question is:
can i play the game if i get the ps5 before him ? or he has to get the ps5. download the game. and then i will be able to download it too ? (he is the owner of the game purchase)

It doesn't matter if it is PSPlus Collection or not. You are missing the point of what I'm saying. This is not the time to "account share." Sony is watching everyone's moves.

But if you want to do it, its the same as previous generation. I have not used PS5, but everything, from what I've heard and seen.. what you had before on PS4, you can do on PS5.
