Your Favorite Fighting Game Character

From Street Fighter to Mortal Kombat to Skullgirls, there have been a lot of different fighting games and so a lot of different fighting game characters. You don't have to be a big fan to love a certain character but as one I'd have to say my favorite fighting game character is Cody from Super Street Fighter 4. His nonchalant demeanor has made me pick him regardless of how good he is. Some of my other favorite characters are Voldo (Soul Calibur), Cyrax (Mortal Kombat) and Harley Guinn (Injustice).

Liu Kang is my favourite i think because of kinda how much i used him on mortal combat i used him possibly the most out of everything other character as i knew pretty good tactics with him to be honest. i miss the old mortal combats.

Have to hand it out to you, Cody is pretty cool and chill, wish i knew how to play with him.
For me, i would have to say Hazama (Blazblue), Ky (Guilty Gear), Mitsurugi (Soul Calibur), K (King of Fighters), Ukyo (Samurai Showdown). I am pretty sure i am missing a lot of games, but oh well, that is what i remember right now.

I can't really decide, there's a lot I really like. So, I will just name my favorites instead of ONE favorite:

-Mike Haggar (Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3). Great grappler, amazing assist. Nice 'stache.
-Frank West (Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3). Very unique. Moveset is really accurate compared to the source game.
-Dante (Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3). Huge moveset, crazy combos, feels like playing DMC3. FUN!
-Craig Marduk (Tekken). Friggin' beast, his fighting style is obscene
-Lars Alexandersson (Tekken). This guy has style and is fun as hell to play)
-Kanji Tatsumi (Persona 4 Arena). Great grappler, wild combos, he never stops grabbing.
-Teddie (Persona 4 Arena). He's friggin' insane! Fun as hell to play.
-Relius Clover (BlazBlue). A "light" puppet character. Fun combos. Huge jerk of a villain. All good!
-Cody (Street Fighter). Only Street Fighter character that I really love to play.
-Solomon Grundy (Injustice). Have I mentioned I like grapplers that can combo with their grabs?

Jin Kazama and Bryan Fury. Their moves are very easy to execute as well as their combos. Their attacks look simple but they're very effective. My combination of Jin and Bryan in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is very hard to beat. When I was in high school, I loved Yoshimitsu and Hwoarang.

For the Street Fighter series, I like Ken and Ryu. I can't get enough of blasting my opponents with Hadoken fireballs.

For Mortal Kombat, I like Sub Zero the most. I also spam the Freeze attack + uppercut combo. Lol.

I like Kazuya from Tekken and Scorpion from MK equally. They're both evil, conflicted characters who have lived terrible lives, and they're both badass. They both have styles that consist of strong, dynamic strikes. I like Kazuya's style more because it's essentially Shotokan karate, which I used to practice, so it's cool that I know the techniques and am able to recognize the effort put into stringing together flowing, realistic combos by the dev team.

My favorite "fighting video game character" well it's not Ryu but Ken from --
the Street Fighter series. I'm an American and I know that so Ken and Ryu
shall both defend me. So as I understand it they had the same martial art
teachings. Well, I have never been to Japan before but Ken will defend me
in honor of the spirit of Sony. I'm looking forward to seeing the latest:
Street Fighter for the PS3.

Alright, I finally got around to actually playing Mortal Kombat 9 and I also played the doujin fighter "Yatagarasu" (aka Legend of Raven) so now I have two more to add to my list:

-Chadha (Yatagarasu) because he's a pretty simple but fun grappler. Yatagarasu's parry system helps him a lot.
-Ermac (Mortal Kombat 9) because he's just fun to play and he has those crazy telekinetic grabs and combos.

Mike Haggar is possibly my favorite character in all of video games. Love how piledrives everyone to oblivion.

Another one of my favorite fighting game characters is Li Long from Soulblade. Paul and King from Tekken are also pretty cool characters in my book.

I like Orchid from the killer instinct games. I was unbeatable with her. I actually played that game online back in the day with xband and destroyed everyone in my local community. Aside from her moves she just looks cool. I have a thing for the color indigo (that's the color of her clothes). I agree with Ranger above, Ermac is also one of the better fighting characters.

Of the games I have played, I would say Zero from UMvC3 or Noel from Blazblue. I love them both for separate reasons. I think Zero is awesome both from that and from the MMX series, and I love Noel for her theme music and the way she fights with her guns.

Tekken 3 will go down as one of the best fighting games in my book. I am a champ. Come play with me sometime

Rain from Mortal Kombat is my choice. He had the craziest combos in MKIII. In the new one he's still very fun to play and unique so he remains my favorite Mortal Kombat character.

Iron Tager from Blasblue is a distant second. His throws just dealt such an insane amount of damage...

Ryu... yeah I'm pretty boring. Other favourite would be Raiden, you could just spam all his special moves in MK2 and be unstoppable.

My favorite fighting game character would be hands down Noob Saibot from Mortal Kombat. It was so easy to use and over powered whenever playing against other people. I won't deny I lost a couple friends from using this character.

Never played a ton of fighting games, but I loved playing as Raphael in Soul Caliber 3. That's mostly nostalgia driven, I haven't played a Soul Caliber games since whatever one had Yoda.

Eddie Gordo from Tekken is my favorite, Capoeira is so cool and I love the flashy fight style, he does stuff that looks so insanely complicated but is easy to do in-game
