I had gotten a Playstation 1 for Christmas when I was really young and then when the PS2 came out, I was excited, because I could still play my PS1 games on it and there would be a whole bunch of other stuff coming out for it.

I agree with you. I had a Playstation before there were even analog sticks, and that one will always be one of my favorites just because it was the first, to me at least.

No, not out of anger, I've broken them just from to much use, but that's it. I remember my uncle whipping the controllers at the TV screen when he was mad, when I was a lot younger, surprisingly never broke one though, I think the ones we owned we invincible.

Never really did. I rented a few when Blockbuster was still really big, but ever since then, I haven't. I just buy the games I want to play, and if I can't afford it, I don't buy it, pretty simple, ha.

One of the best was definitely The Last of Us, just because it was serious, and extremely emotional. The relationship Joel formed with Ellie really was touching. One of the best games to be released in a really long time, in my opinion.

I would be absolutely ecstatic if they did. That was one of my favorite games when I was a kid. I don't know if it would be anything like the original series, I'm sure it would be somewhat different, but still, the excite would be so real!

Pretty sure the first Playstation game I ever got was the very first, original Spyro, and that sparked my love for the series.. I played almost every game up until Skylanders, which to me, just ruined it :(

I had lost my favorite game for like, 5 years.. Come to find out it was in that one drawer in my room that I literally never open.

I spent so much time playing Spyro on that thing! Definitely one of my all time favorite game series.. Up until they made skylanders.. That made me so sad

1998 until whenever the PS2 came out. One of the best things in my childhood! :)

The Last of Us was the last game I purchased. Such an amazing game.. Word's can't even begin to describe it.

I'm going to have to agree with the majority of people here. I never really thought of a PC game that would be better on console.. I've thought about it the other way around, though!

I've had a playstation ever since I was young.. So it just of just went PS1 > PS2 > PS3. Pretty simple reasoning, if you ask me, ha.

No, never. I love my PS3 to much. It doesn't have any kind of backwards compatibility and that really makes a lot of difference to me, especially right now with how many games I have for the PS3/PS2. Maybe if that was changed in the future, I would consider it, but right now, most definitely not.

Definitely keep it, I don't think it's currently worth it to sell it, if it ever will be. It doesn't offer any kind of backwards compatibility and personally, that's something that really matters to me. I wouldn't want all my old games to go to waste, or get rid of them.
