Yeah, they just didn't change enough for them to even warrant making a new one. They should have waited a year and added some more features or something, this doesn't make much sense. Looks desperate to me.

CTR actually had a few advantages over Mario Kart, like the boss battles, etc.. but just didn't have that franchise staying power that Mario did. Fantastic game though, still break it out once a year.

GTA V is an EASY 9.5/10. I can see myself replaying this game for years to come. Hell, San Andreas is STILL kinda fun, so I can see myself getting many many nights of enjoyment out of this title.

I became an angsty 18 year old and gave up on video games for a few years so I could party and waste a few years of my life. Once I got out of that mess, I dove right back in. I can still enjoy my PS1 games like they are new except for a few exceptions, so I hope I never stop playing it.

Yeah, hopefully this isn't the norm and just an extreme case of crappy pricing. If that were the norm, I'd hate to be the average Vita owner right now, yeesh.

Methinks this will be quickly forgotten by the average consumer and used solely by the most hardcore fanboys. I just don't see it being that useful, as much as I wanted it to be.

Ummmm....*does some quick math*. Probably about 500 bucks. I didn't play a whole lot of games from last generation, just the A listers, but I never feel like I wasted my money at all, so I'm happy with my purchases.

Surprisingly I'm still on my first one. I figured the trigger buttons would wear after a while but many years later the controller is still going strong! Most other controllers from other systems crapped out after 2 or 3 years but not this one. It's my miracle controller.

I can't say I'm even excited for this anymore. I dunno if it's the fact that the franchise has turned into something completely different or that I feel I've grown out of the MMO mold, I just don't know. It does look amazing though, and if I were 10 years younger or so this would be a great game...

Quick tip, you can go into settings on your phone in the game to put it on silent and activate free roam. :)

Vita has the POTENTIAL to be a competitor to 3DS in the handheld department, but I don't think they will be de-throning Nintendo ANY time soon in that department. Devs just haven't found any creative ways to use the hardware or develop any addictive, long lasting appeal time games like Nintendo has.

Yeah, you should have no problems with games and such but definitely check out the regions for Blu-Rays and DVD's. Other than that and a power cord, you'll be fine I think.

Just the one. And I went through three 360's before I gave up on that brand, if that tells you anything. Hell, my original NES and SNES still work perfectly, while roughly every other system I've owned has died.

Probably Ys. I just can't get enough of portable RPGS, and this is a series that's been around and always delivered a fantastic experience all around. Also, I recommend the rest of the games in the series.

Yeah, agreed. Treat your consoles like an even more delicate computer, clean it often and don't keep it on ALL the time and it'll last a good long while. Unless it's a 360 :P

They would have to overhaul the gameplay big time and make it a bit more action oriented, because let's face it, gamers these days don't have the attention span for something as slow paced as Parasite Eve. It's a great game, but even I've never been able to play through it again because...
