2 Ps 4's in 2 different country

Hello,
My brother and I live in different countries. My bro got his ps4 and games with his psn account. This week, I am planning to buy one too. But here are the questions,
1-If i buy a ps4 and open my psn account different from my country, will i be able to play his games?
2-If I can play his games, can both of us play online at the same time?

Thank you

I believe each game is linked to each account(regardless of the country).
So if your brother buys games with his PSN account, you cannot play them with your account, even if you are in the same country(or even same house for that matter).

Others may correct me if I'm wrong.

Thank you for the answer.
But according to several forums, users say they changed each other's psn accounts from primary to secondary or vice versa and can play each other's games. But what I really wonder about is, can we play with ps4's that bought from 2 different countries and psn accounts from 2 different countries?

Don is wrong on this. My kids have each others system as their primary system. They can play all the games the other has bought. On their own systems they are naturally under their own names so everything works either way. Different countries might be a problem? what you would have to do is make your primary system your brothers and vise-verse. As long as you are family game sharing is perfectly legal under Sony's TOU. His name (PSNid) info and password will have to be on your system and yours on his. Good luck.

I believe this to be the case.

Not to be rude but I HAVE 2 PS4's, I game share BETWEEN the kids and everything works. It clearly states that One time license fee for play on accounts designated primary PS4 AND other PS4 systems when signed in with purchasing account. This means that IF his brother makes barbaros_ksk system his primary it WILL be on barbaros_ksk system to play under ANY PSN account. His brother will have to be signed into his own account to play the game though. It really isn't that complicated.

Thank you very much. This answers my question mostly.I hope it won't be a problem with 2 different countries psn accounts.

I think it will work. I am in Canada and have got things from the UK store on the PS3. You will have to download the games your brother bought under his name and like wise for him. Keep us updated.

Wow I didn't know that, that is a cool function.

However can TWO players, use ONE game and play online together? (which is his second question I believe).

Shit, I forgot all about the primary/ secondary account thing...
I wasn't even aware that such function exists.

Yes, the only question remain is this. If we can play for example, nba2k14 together that would be fantastic. Any ideas about this?

I can't vouch for every game on the PS4 but you can with Black Flag and every game I have played on the PS3. Seeing as AC4 does I would assume it has stayed the same and you will be able to. I am DL'ing BF4 on my youngest sons PS4 and will make sure it works as well.

Doesn't the TOC say game sharing is only allowed within the same household? I would think this would be the case, no matter if you are family or not.

Sounds like it will work the way the OP wants, but I recommend checking the TOC first to be sure. I would hate to see you get a console ban or something dumb like that.

According to my readings, sony lets 2 person to buy one game legally(this number was 5, they dropped with ps4).This called psn brotherhood in my country, 2 people buys the game, one of them plays with primary account, other plays with the secondary account.

They dropped the number to 2 long before the PS4 came out.
I'm from Ireland, my main account is a US account, i used to share my account with my American friend for at least four years.

Hello again. I bought my ps4 and got this worked. So here is how to do: I made my brother's account as my primary account.(There is an option in the ps4 menu that says activate or smt like this) After making his account as my primary I downloaded games from his psn(You can press download and immediately turn back to your own account, download will continue) After this I turned back to my own account by pressing the ps button and using the change user option. I did not change the primary account option it stays same. When I get back to my account I can play his games and my games from my own account. He should not have to be online or smt. And my brother sets my account to his primary and plays his games from his own account.
