account details failure

I have been trying for days to enter my bank details with music unlimited. But as yet i am unable to. Each time i get a msg telling me my card number is wrong. Anyone else having this problem and what can be done to remedy the problem ?

I haven't had a problem with it. Have you tried going to the website and entering it their instead under your user account?

I was able to set it up via my laptop, then i tried to sign in on ps4 (that was after i choose ps4 as a device) still couldn't. I also tried via the web on ps4 no joy there either. I am signed into PSN in case thats a cause. Gonna try to buy a game online . I will lt you know how i don't get on.
