black friday limited supply PS4s

i have around $430 gamestop money and supposedly gamestop has a limited stock

anyone know how true this is, or how many each store will have? i called to ask on saturday and the guy told me to call back on thrusday, but they are closed all day for today and are opening at midnight which by them im assuming they'll be an stampede. whats a good time to go camp outside the store? i was think of showing up at 7/8 pm.

Its impossible to tell how many each store may have, but I would start lining at least by 9 or 10 if you want to get one.

well everywhere i look says sony is restocking for the holidays... which would be christmas. i cant wait that long. im dying.

It's hard enough to navigate stores on Black Friday without the promise of something so big. I don't care for Black Friday in general because I've had nothing but negative experiences, and the prices aren't worth it anyway. I'd gladly wait to be able to buy one from the comfort of my home.

A lot of stores are reporting 'surprise shipments' as if the consoles weren't in their warehouses all along. It's like a lot of people on the board keep saying, if you're a little patient then you'll be able to get your hands on a PS4 pretty easily. It's just a matter of when the stores can lift their embargos. Now that we're creeping closer to Christmas we'll get more announcments of PS4s.

In the town I was at during Black Friday, the 10 PS4s were gone before the walmart sale even started. Meanwhile there was a pallet full of Xbones and a few left after the initial frenzy. I waited in line at 12am GameStop to get my ps4. Not one person in line at midnight was there for a XBOX. The people at GameStop refused to tell me how many they had, even after I bought one.
