Hi all, new to this forum, so if it's a stupid question, please forgive me.
My box turns itself off or freezes on a regular basis. The only way to correct it is to unplug from mains, then plug in again.
Is this a problem that other people suffer?
It's most annoying that I keep having to play scenes over and over to progress in games
