Can’t start game or app CE 100095-5

I am trying to start playing COD vanguard and it keeps coming up Can’t start game or app CE 100095-5.
I have deleted it and reinstalled I have deleted other games to clear up space but still no luck.
I do have an external HD connected which has my ps 4 games on I’m not sure if this is a problem although I’ve had no drama with other PS 5 games.

Has anyone come across this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had nothing but issues trying to install COD Cold War. Disc version with disc used, not downloaded btw.

Try this method as it worked for me.

Eject the disc and delete the full game from your PS5 and power it off then follow these instructions -

Press and hold the Power Button for 15 seconds approximately until you hear a second beep. You should hear the first beep after 7 seconds or so. So once you’ve entered Safe Mode, select Rebuild database.

The console will reboot. After that, deactivate the Internet connection in the settings menu, then insert the disk and wait for it to install. Only after it's installed do you go back into settings and re-establish the internet connection to allow update etc...

My error code was - CE-107891-6

Hope that helps as it was the only method, and I tried loads from Youtube/Google searches etc...., that got the game to load, update and be there to actually play.
