Can guitar game work on ps4?

No, you can't play any PS3 games on the PS4 sorry to say

No, the guitars and other instruments will only work on the PS3 since that is what you got it for. Each console sues completely different control set-ups and connections so it can't be played on future, past or other companies consoles.
Also there will be no more Rockband or Guitar Hero games as those developers have shut down production on them. The plastic instrument genre is officially dead. It broke my heart when they shut down.

They built it for PS3 only and they cant be ported to PS4 when it comes to remotes at the moment.
Lets hope they fix this soon.

No, you're not able to use PS3 accessories on a PS4. However there is a Rockband game planned for the PS4 and it should be released soonish. I can't wait, plastic instrument games are one of my favourite types, I've been addicted to them ever since I played some game in an arcade years ago.

Rockband was already announced for the PS4 and XB1 so you should just have to wait a little bit. In case you want to really learn to play guitar I think waiting for Rocksmith 2015 would be the best idea, but it hasn't yet been announced to come to the PS4, but I guess they would want it to come out on the PS4, since it's the next-gen console and they didn't release a game for it yet.
