Could we see Titanfall coming to PS4?

Hello,

Overall the last month June/July several news articles have stated that we could see Titanfall 2 on the PS4. http://www.breathecast.com/articles...egotiating-game-release-on-playstation-17175/

While this is nothing more than rumour and careful speculation of events. It would seem likely that considering the exclusivity deal for Titanfall is due to expire within the coming months and apparently Sony is in talks with Respawn and EA about the gaming to playstation as EA owns the rights to Titanfall. EA apprently likes gaming being released on all platforms if possible so its not out of the question.

While nothing is confirmed, if you type Titanfall PS4 into google and click on 'News' you'll see multiple articles discussing it.

It is also therefore possible that PS4 fans could see the original Titanfall on PS4 if the deal goes through for Titanfall 2 to come to Playstation and apparently according to the article above Sony are in talks with Microsoft about it.

Overall the only problem I have is every article seems to contradict another. Some say there is no hope for Titanfall 1 to come to PS4 due to the exclusive deal for the first game but then others say its possible.

I don't know but I thought I'd share this and get other view points.

Titanfall 2 is coming to ps4. Its so predictable. The hype for Titanfall 1 has cooled down, I havent heard anything about that game anymore. I dont really get titanfall, it doesnt look that fun in my opinion.

The one that already came out? No way. Respawn would get sued up the bum. TitanFall 2 is probably going to be a multiplatform though. All the TitanFall on PS4 things right now are just click baits. Don't listen to that nonsense.

If the second game were to come to PS4 then I could see Sony working a deal with Microsoft and EA to possibly get Titanfall 1 out on PS4. I mean a lot of Microsoft exclusives have ended up coming to PS4. One game I can think of is Plants vs Zombies - Garden Warfare. Plus Dead Rising 3 was Xbox One and is now coming out for PC.

The word exclusive isn't always exclusive any more.

I think Titanfall 2 comes to PS4, but the Titanfall 1 will remain xbox exclusive.

I really dont care about Titanfall, it doesnt interest me and even if it comes to PS4 I wont buy it, I never understood the hype anyway.

Honestly I really do not care about this game because I will tell you that it was a major disappointment for me. I had really expected a lot more out of this game with the amount of hype that was surrounding it. It was definitely a let down for me and to think that they were actually saying that it would be the game that would blow COD out of the water I think they had it all mixed up.

I'd like to see titanfall on the Playstation 4 but honestly I don't really care very much I mean the hype for titan fall has certainly died down and yeah it's fun for a couple of weeks but after that it starts to get boring.
This is the first time I've ever heard of titan fall 2 which I didn't even know was being developed. I'd be interested to see what that is about and whether or not it will be set in the same period. I think with the way the game is it'll be even more futuristic so we might even see maybe space?

I can't say it seems like something that should come to the PS4, I mean I suppose it's a competent game but it's honestly not that fun or excting.
It is mostly the same as any other multiplayer FPS and it seems to me more like a enhanced version of Blacklight when I think about it, so I can't imagine Titanfall coming to PS4 and I don't care if Titanfall 2 does either.

Think they pretty much confirmed it will be (search on google). The game had loads of hype and was quite successful on launch but it has died down now considerably and I don't think people love it as much as they did when it first came out. Having it on ps4 is easy money too so there's that.

But if they signed an exclusivity deal then they can't just decide to launch it on PS4, if they did they would probably need to pay some absurd amount in compensation.
As it has been said, the sequel might come out on PS4, and that should be just next year if they are looking to take this route.

I thought the exclusivity deal was only for the first one? We know they are creating the sequel and they always express how much they want to develop on the PS4 as it is such a huge hit. EA want nothing more than money, makes sense for them. Obviously it maybe won't if Microsoft throws loads of money at Respawn but I am safely willing to bet it will be on PS4.

Really could not care less. Microsoft needed a new generic shooter to hype up the console, the only thing that impressed me in the slightest was how much money they threw into advertising it. I'll take a well made single-player campaign only game like Wolfenstein over another boring MP shooter any day of the week.

Titanfall 2 will come to PS4 because EA admitted regret for not releasing Titanfall on the PS4. As for Titanfall, it's too late now so I don't think it'll get released. To be honest I don't care anymore because the hype has died down.

I think it is safe to say Titanfall 1 will remain exlcusive but the next one will be multi-plat. There is already an article on the forum about this and most people agree the second one will be on PS4, it would give them so much money. They could do a Mass Effect and release it as a bundle (maybe digital) but that probably won't work because there is no story worth buying it for.

Titanfall 2 will definitely come. Maybe when TF2 comes out, we'll get TF1 bundled with it for free or something. Although, once TF2 is out, it's kinda pointless playing TF1. It's a multiplayer only game, so it's not like you need to play TF1 in order to enjoy TF1.
