Dark Souls II Dev Talks PS4, Xbox One Versions.

Dark Souls II could come to PS4 and Xbox One in future, though the developer hasn't "put any thought into this yet".

The ambiguous answer comes from co-director Yui Tanimura, who told Edge that while such a thing may very well come to pass, no firm decision had been made either way.

"We have not put any thought into this yet," he said, "so I unfortunately can’t answer at this point."

I seriously hope that they will release it on the PS4 because Dark Souls on PS4 is going to be freaking amazing. Imagine all the technical things they can do with the PS4's capabilities. I wouldn't mind playing it again on the PS4 if there is ever one in the future after the PS3 version is out.

I'd think it'd be interesting if they put it on the PS4 but I'm not getting my hopes up for any major leaps beyond what the game already is. More than likely we'll probably get what they've done with games like AC 4 where they have a download that will make the game playable on the PS4 and slightly bump up the graphics.

True but at this point, I feel grateful for any games that come out for the PS4. They are in desperate need of some right now even though the trickle of new and anticipated titles are finally coming. The biggest in the March being Watch Dogs unless that gets delayed again. Dark Souls II was great and maybe it can reach a bigger audience on next-gen.
