Delayed games

Yeah, I think a delay is worth it in the end as it usually only lasts a few months anyway but its place in the library / its legacy will last forever. I was very disappointed with Drive Club being delayed, personally, and I think that along with Watchdog's delay contributed a lot to the overall feedback of the PS4 launch, but at least it was still a success. I don't mind delays in general, though, as I would prefer having a complete and well-polished game later than getting it early and unfinished or rushed.

Oh yes I believe that waiting is always the best policy. I mean I'd rather have a near perfect game on launch (because few games are perfect upon launch and usually have a few bugs) than a game that is filled with flaws and barely works.

It depends on how long the delay is. If the delay is between a month and 6 months then i'm alright with it as it will probably make the game 10x better. However if it is past a year then due to previous games like Duke Nukem, I pretty much lose all hope for it. If the game needs that long to be refined then the team and the game arent ready for publishing a game.
