DmC Definitive Edition & Devil May Cry 4 coming to PS4!

Ninja Theory have announced two last-gen games will be making their way to the PS4 - the DmC reboot titled "DmC: Definitive Edition" coming March 2015, and the classic Devil May Cry 4 getting the re-master treatment for the PS4. DMC4 will see release Summer 2015.

As well as bolstered graphical fidelity that will see DmC running in 1080p at 60-frames per second, the Definitive Edition will also come with the Vergil's Downfall add-on and the Bloody Palace mode, as well as manual target lock and more besides.

I really do not know why I bought a PS4. So sick of all these re-masters/re-releases. Anyways...

Even I'm getting tired of this, and I was all for it just two months ago. I now see the connection between all these remasters and all the flappy bird clones out there. Cash grabs all around!

Too many remastered games from last gen, if they're going to remake a game, remake a PS2 game...or better yet, we need an Air Zonk: Definitive Edition NOW

Timesplitters 2 would be nice to have remade. Of course a NEW Timesplitters might even be nicer. That would mean someone would have to have an original thought and we know how rare that is these days. I am just glad I spent the money on a new system to not play the games that I didn't play on the last system. Lets not forget Minecraft. Glad I have 1080p for that.

couldn't have said it better myself. Even worse this is the genre i adore the most ( linear hack and slash ) and DMC is one of my favourite games, just this new HD version does nothing for me. Sick of HD remasters, why did i get a PS4 ???

Yeah think 2016 will be the year i recomend my friends to get the PS4 with me. Uncharted 4, Project cars will be about all for 2015, so expect some great PS exclusives just after that.

Yeah, I also jumped in too early, for previous gens (PS2 and PS3) I purchased in 3rd and 4th year, so there was plenty of awesome games to play... athough I can say they didnt have the culture of rendering same game in higher resolution and reselling it in full price....

Imagine for PS5, we will probably have Uncharted 4 4k edition, dragon age UHD and other crap like that...

I like the fact that Last of Us got remastered due to me never playing it since I have Xbox360. But I do agree that I hoped to see some new DMC games.

All the heavy gamers have played the regular games already so they would like some refreshing new story lines etc.
But it is still early on and I believe there will be a lot of great games to come.
