Laptop..
My first was desktop but now only laptops. I dont use it for gaming just internet ans some general other stuff like burning etc.

Laptop also. Just much simpler and since I don't do any PC gaming, it just works out.

I use a laptop, but I am in the middle of building a powerful desktop PC. I'm piecing it together as we speak -- so far I have a tower, power supply, motherboard, processor and solid state hard drive. My next purchases will be memory, video card, and another hard drive. After that I'll be looking for a monitor, keyboard/mouse and Windows 7. So far, the PC is on track to be roughly 2-3 times more powerful than my current laptop. I'm feeling...good about this.... :)

A friend at work said I should just use a tablet, but I like my laptop. A tablet is good for some things but it has its limits. I am thinking about getting a desktop but I'm weighing my options right now.

I use a laptop sometimes. I'll use the Ipad, Kindle and desktop some other times. Why not use them all if you have access? I'll even use 3ds, lol. My laptop overheats a lot but I use it more than the other devices on average.

I'm currently using a laptop, but I just bought all the components I'll need to build my own desktop PC. I'll keep using my laptop, but it'll be nice to have a desktop for video editing and some gaming. Being that I have a laptop, I don't really see the use for a tablet. They seem cool, but I don't need one, so what's the point in getting one? With this new desktop, I should be set for the next few years.

I have to admit that I am considering buying a tablet mainly because I want to be able to take it to work. I have a laptop, but I don't like taking it to work because it's too big. I would like to have something I can fit into my purse and take to work. I would use it mainly to do my writing on and maybe some internet searching, but that would be it. I can use my laptop for gaming and be satisfied. I might get me a tablet as soon as I figure out which one I want to get.

A simple laptop, I don't using for gaming because I leave that to consoles, I only use it for burning, editing and surfing the internet. I don't have a tablet, I think it's kind of useless for me, when I know I'm going somewher I need internet I just take my laptop because it's not that heavy.

Desktop for sure, I hate laptops and I don't really like using them. The biggest thing that irritates me is no mouse. Whenever I have to work on laptop, I take out my Desktop mouse and connect it with laptop.

I don't have any tablet but I guess I'll buy one soon.

Laptop, always. It affords a cleaner aesthetic and I need to get up and move when I am working on projects; sitting in the same location disturbs my creativity.

I've been using my laptop for some weeks now but that's only because I'm so lazy to fix my broken desktop computer. I would pick desktop over laptop any day because I hate working at weird angles and the heat from the laptop distracts me from my work. Desktops are also a lot better for gaming.

Laptop since that is all I have. I didn't have a use for a desktop since laptop was mobile. My next dsktop will be built by myself though. Linux here I come! Lol. I want a tablet but phone does its job. I just hate how it uses my battery.

I am only using a laptop right now because my desktop died in a flood that occurred three years ago. Fortunately, that desktop was junk. It had an AGP video card, 20 GB HDD and 1 gb ram. It was only powerful enough to run call of duty 1 on low settings.

Nevertheless, I am happy that my dad decided to get me a laptop. I'm happy with it because it satisfies my gaming needs. I'll choose my laptop over that old desktop anyday.

I think I will stick with a laptop. It has what I need more than a tablet. A tablet is nice, but a laptop gives me the best features for what I want to do on a computer. I may change my mind and get a tablet for small projects, but I don't think I will. I may just buy myself another laptop.

Laptop, although it's in my five-year plan to get a desktop for work. I just got in the habit of using on during school. I do need something that can travel, so I think in the future it will be a combination of the two.
