Does the PS4 version of Diablo III: ROS - UEE come with codes that have a single use?

I desperately want Diablo III Ultimate Evil Edition but want to know if it is safe to buy a second hand copy or if there are codes that do something important that won't be there? If there are codes that are single use what do the codes do?

I just got mine and the only code was for some kind of armored shoulders nothing else.
