Favorite Fighting Game Characters

Every fighting game I've played, I've always found someone I could really stick to and use by default to the point that I don't even have to think about the moves anymore. I'm sure a lot of the fighting game fans here have these favorite characters as well. So share your favorite fighting game characters per title here! I'll start:

Tekken 3 - King
Tekken onwards - Steve
SF / vs. Marvel/ vs. Capcom - Ken, Fei Long, Evil Ryu, Omega Red, Cyclops, Captain Commando
Bloody Roar - Bakuryu (Mole), Alice (Rabbit), Jen (Bat)
Dark Stalkers - Hsien Ko, Felicia, Demitri

I'm sure I've missed a lot, but I'll just keep adding on these as I remember them. Which are your favorites?

Marvel vs. Capcom - Wolverine
Soul Blade - Sigfried
Street Fighter Alpha 3 - Ryu
Rival Schools - Tiffany and Ryoma
Destrega - the ninja guy. I forgot the name.
Mortal Kombat - Sub Zero
Fight Night Round 2 - Manny Pacquiao (does this count?)
Puzzle Fighter - Ryu

Oops, the last one doesn't count.

I'm very simple and straight forward. I really liked Eddie from Tekken. I used him in every version of Tekken since he was cast for the game. He just made fighting look so cool.

I don't play much fighting games, so I guess my favorites with be favorite limited. Nevertheless, here is a list of my favorite fighting games characters.

1.) Tekken series - Hwoarang and Yoshimitsu
2.) Street Fighter - Ryu
3.) Mortal Kombat - Sub-Zero
4.) Marvel vs Capcom - Gambit

Pretty standard. I'm very sure I've played more, but I simply cannot remember anymore.

It's funny, but I never really had any favorite fighting game characters. I suppose if I had to choose, it would be Gambit from the X-Men Mutant Academy games. His ultimate move (or whatever it was called) was really cool, and that game is the whole reason why I became such a big fan of the character. I'm not that big of a fan of fighting games in general, but the one series I did really get into was the Dragonball Z Budukai games. I booked more hours on Budokai 2 than I care to admit, but it was still a great source of frustration because I wasn't all that good at fighting games.

I'm not the best at remembering the names of characters from games but I did really love Yoshimitsu from Tekken, and also that wooden character called Mokujin. It was really quite cool how he could change in to the other characters fighting styles. At least I thought it was cool when I was really young and playing Tekken

Well for me this isn't a tough question at all and I don't even have to think about it. Just check my avatar! Ryu from street fighter has always been my favorite fighting character of all time. And it seems his image or something similar to his image pops up on almost every fighting game since.
