This is a real hard question because i've played so many great pc games through the years that it's almost impossible to choose just one. But if i had to pick just one, i would have to say that it would be Spintercell Conviction. I got so adicted to this game that i played it all night and day. If you guys haven't had the chance to play it yet, i definitely recommend it.
