GameShark <- Have you used it?

Hi there!

Has anyone of you tried using GameShark before?
(sorry still can't post links, just do a quick google search if you don't know what GameShark is)

I remember using it to have unlimited ammo and health in Resident Evil 3 that let me finish the game quickly. Haha

How about you? Have you ever used GameShark before? XD Or are you still using it right now?

Oooh, yeah, I remember the Gameshark. My friend had one of those thingies and he was bragging about doing amazing cheats and stuff. Never bought one though. I was content on getting game cheats and guides at Gamefaqs, IGN, and Gamespot.

A friend of mine had it, and seeing Aerith live again at the end of the game in Final Fantasy VII was so cool at the time. It's like we didn't cared about rules and we can do anything. Which was fun for about a few minutes, then it would lost it's charm.

BlackSolaris - Correct. It's enjoyable at first but after a while, you would feel bored while playing the game. And I hate to admit it, I played RE:3 with GameShark at first >: )

But hey, I played the game without the GameShark and boy I had a hard time completing the game. Haha.

So, I guess, Gameshark is for losers (like me) haha.

The Game Genie was awesome back in the day I used it on the Super Nintendo especially for the Final Fight games which were crazy hard on any other difficulty other than easy. I remember at some point losing interest because it was sucking all the challenge out of the games which became a simple button mashing without any fear of failure endeavor, which leads to boredom while playing video games even.
