Lately, I've been getting some really blurry vision and discomfort in my eyes. They've also felt dry. My lifestyle is basically, I work on a computer for 8-9 hours a day and when I'm not on a computer at work, I'm on my computer/phone at home and looking at my TV screen when I game (obviously). The thing is, during the weekend, when I'm more active and out, my vision is fine. My girlfriend said I have digital eye strain. I looked it up and seems to be what I experience to a T. Started thinking about getting gaming/computer glasses to help cut out the blue light and alleviate some of the stress on my eyes.
Anyone have any experience with these types of glasses? Recommendations?
