I've been searching for months to find a forum dedicated to Playstation gaming consoles, which isn't too big that I become just another number, but isnt so small that I'm talking to myself. I'm hoping this will be my main gaming forum.
I guess I'll tell you a bit about myself then.
I'm 25 and I live in the Greater Toronto Area. I own every modern day console and plan to, at some point, own every next gen console. (PS4 pre-ordered, Wii U owned) I'm mainly a single player type of person. The only multiplayer game I play is Call of Duty. Been trying to get into the Battlefield series, but its just not the same. Due to owning so many consoles, my gaming time between each is limited at best. Basically this is how it works:
PS3 + Xbox 360 - Only played when I'm in the mood for COD or there is an exclusive game I want to play.
Wii U-Only on at night when I feel like playing a single player game in bed.
PC- Where I play the majority of my multiplat games, unless they have online components I want to play (FPS games)
Vita + 3DS- Exclusive games to each I want to play.
Seeing as the majority of the games I play are single player, I buy them after some serious price drops. The Last of Us, for example, I'll pick that up when its like $40 or cheaper. Yeah, I'm cheap, and its totally worth the $65 I'd be paying for it right now, but I look at it like this; I can play one game at $65 or I can play 4 games from last year or earlier this year, for the same price..
