You must own a PS+ account to play online with every game, not only with GTA.

Not exactly true.
Some do not require PS+,mostly free to play ones like Backlight Retribution,DC Universe online and Warframe for eg.
But yeah,pay games do,however I believe Mortal Kombat X doesnt require it even though thats a pay game.
