How many playstation 3's have you had?

Well, as the title of the thread says, how many PS3's have you ever had? I mean, if one of your got broken, or something happened to it. And you used the receipt to get a new one. How many have you had in total? And how many times have you repaired it?

For me, I'm a lucky son of a gun - as my friends say. I've only broken the cd-insert and got it replaced for free (not the whole console, only the cd-insert)
Most of my friends that I usually play co-op with have massive problems with their PS3. What about you?

I only ever had 2. But I don't have 2 because 1 stopped working. Both of them work. But I needed it for another room in the house. I became tired of constantly moving my system around the house.

Just one, and it's a hand-me-down from my cousin. It still works fairly well. I really want to get a new one but I'm saving for a PS4 of maybe a Vita. But looking at the price, it's still a farfetched dream considering my salary and how much I spend on food. ;)

Still on my first. It's even been dropped in transportation a few years ago but I've NEVER had an issue with it. Like my PS2 I have never had a technical hiccup, so my hat's off to the engineering on it. Now for the dashboard menu layout and software security, that's another issue...

I have only had 1 as i looked after my first one i almost ended up with another after it corrupted but i just resetted it and it was fine to use again, it corrupted another 4 times but i just kept resetting it.

Still on my original slim, and every time i hear about the yellow light that so many people get, i fear for the health of mine. I really don't have the income to just shell out that much money if something happens, so let's happen it continues like this!

I've only owned one so far, and that would be the PS3 slim 120GB. I haven't had any problems with it so far. No overheating and no YLOD as of yet, and I'm hoping for it to be that way.

Only one, never had any problem with my 120 gb slim and I'm planning to keep it for another 5 or 10 years hopefully, just to replay my favorite RPGs lmao.

Still have my old fat 80gig LittleBigPlanet model. Never had any big issues with it, despite my room being very hot and also kinda dirty.

Almost the same with my even older Xbox. That had an overheating issue once, got repaired (not replaced) once, no issues since.

I have my original "fat" PS3 (20 Gig), and have never had a problem with it. I've only rarely had a very connectivity issues, but other than that it runs just a well oiled machine. The failure rate on Playstation 3's are much less than the 360, and I've gone through about 4 of those. I've heard of the yellow light issue, but I've never actually witnessed one, so I'll just cross my fingers and hope that I never experience it! Thank the gaming gods for reliable tech!

Just one lonely fatboy. He is starting to make some funny fan sounds at the moment, but he has done remarkably well considering that I live on a farm and the amount of dust that gets into everything seems to kill electronics off at a fairly regular rate.

My Wii and 360 were both lucky to last a year and a half before they had to be buried.

I've only had one. And never even had a single problem.

I have the slim version, bought in 2011. It's sturdy as hell. Never had any hardware or software problem always worked like a charm. I hope PS4 continues this tradition and is as sturdy as it's older brother.

Just the one. I guess I just take really good care of my stuff - and that I may or may not be fairly lucky. Then again I could be magic - my Sega Genesis still functions after all.

Luckily I've only had to buy one. Although honestly, it might be on its last legs since there seems to be some sort of glitching out going on from time to time. Aside from that, it also is very finicky and will shut off randomly if I don't keep it in a certain position. Although that isn't as much the PS3's fault as much as just a broken wire somewhere for the AC adapter. But I don't know if I could fix it, so buying a new one would likely be a better option.
