How to get more Unity Currency ?

Hi , for buying Colors, Head and other body part items , I need more "F" , "A" and "H" points , so what are the ways to get more of these points ?
And "H" is the Helix points right ? I can buy the Helix points from store , but how will I get more "F" and "A" points ?
I know I can get "F" and "A" points by playing but I am asking that what do I have to do specifically so that I get awarded those in good amount ?
