How to transfer playstationPlus?

I'm on the same console, just a new account. I have read that it can be done, but I can't seem to find the tutorial on it. Does anyone know?

As far as I know, it cannot be done.

If your console is set as primary, you can play and use all purchased content with another account, but PS+ keeps to be hooked to the account that made it.
