Hey everybody! Bluewind from the US here. Been on Playstation since the clunky original where I use to kick my big brother's butt on Rayman! XD
I got started on gaming young with a NES and later a SNES where I enjoyed Super Mario (reg series and RPG), Zelda, some Disney titles, and Donkey Kong. I was really shocked the first time I played a Playstation and been with them since. I still own my old original SNES, PS, PS2 and PS3.
The are a lot of series I love. The Sims is one of my favorite light gaming series where I can just goof around and have fun in a sandbox world (except for 4 which really sucks on PC). GTA is also fun for couch co-op or battle. My boyfriend and I love teaming up on any of the LEGO titles. For something more heavy, I use to hit an Assassin's Creed, Arkham, or Final Fantasy title, but I've been heavy into Skyrim for a while and have clocked in well over 400hrs on it with one save at +270hrs.
We just got our PS4. We decided to wait until the system had some time under its belt to work out a few kinks so we decided to wait for the new Arkham release to get it (I tried to get him to wait an extra month so we could grab the 1TB edition, but he was tired of waiting). We also grabbed LEGO Jurassic Park and a Last of Us free DL to start out. I signed up for the forum to get suggestions for good offline games and to ask a few questions which I'll be asking in another post.
