Yes, it's The Suffering. Been killing my brain trying to remember what it was. Thanks! Yeah, the game to me was pretty disturbing and violent especially the setting. The first one was really good but the sequel was a lot tamer so to speak.

This is any easy one Grand Theft Auto. All of the Grand Theft Autos are extremely violent and are the top contenders in my book. You can burn, stab, murder, and all sorts of other vile crap. The Mortal Kombats would be my second vote. There is a heap ton of blood in those those games.

It never came out officially but I remember a fighting game called Thrill Kill being demoed in magazines. It was suppose to be very violent and the cast were all murderers in hell.

My vote is going to Manhunt. Just the brutal ways to kill people made that game epic.

I totally forgot about manhunt, that was a very brutal game. Made me and my sister laugh really hard at all the gore though.
