My NAT type is saying failed. please help?

Hi I have just connected my ps4 to the internet and while playing my 2nd game on Fifa 14 ultimate team and it suddenly stopped and disconnected. I checked for the problem and found that I was still successfully connected to the internet but my NAT type had failed. Can anyone help me to correct this problem so I can continue playing online. Thanks

Are you using a cable or Wifi? Try using a different cable if you are using one. If you're using Wifi, have you turned UPnP on and set a DMZ in your router. These are all the things I can think of that may cause NAT issue. Do you have a PS3, does it have any issue getting a favorible Nat type? Might have to check your router too, maybe the settings got changed somehow.
