Need Help/Advice PS4 System storage management applications not deleting game

Help/Advice needed.

Tried searching the internet with no joy on my exact problem, So started a thread which will hopefully help others.

Problem
Unable to delete a game entry in System Storage Management in the APPLICATIONS menu. Game entry is the last of us remastered.

All other games I've played I'm able to delete with no problems.

I have a ghost entry on the slide menu with a picture of the controller and when I click it I get message "cannot find application". I have no delete option in the option menu on the right for that entry when I select options button off controller.

The System Storage Management Applications entry show the size as 42.29GB on the menu and when you select information it shows size 0KB. You can go through all the options and select delete and states it has done it, But the entry still shows up on the menus on both locations as mentioned.

So guys any ideas how to get rid of that entry????????

I no longer have the game, So do I have to get another copy and load it and then try and delete it again????????
