Anyway, if you're using a 4K TV, the upscaling process may cause flickering edges.

If you will look at the house which is across the road of Michael's house u will notice shimmerings and the same while I walk on the road the edges of the walls which are across the traffic light and poles that are a bit farther shimmer is this normal I mean does it happen the same with u or something wrong

I have the same effect on my console so I think it's normal. To me, it happens only when there is sun, not at night nor under the rain.
Maybe some others will watch the video and want to give their impressions.

Generally sudden shutting downs are dangerous for any electronic circuit and for hard discs too.
They do not harm or damage the GPU but they can leave wrong datas stored (uncomplete settings or savings).
I put an UPS equipement to avoid surprises, I suggest you to do the same.
