My PlayStation four console and 2 dualshock controllers are failr my PlayStation four consul and two dual shock controllers are less than 3 months old. Worked fine up until last night when i tried turning on console using one of the controllers. Could not get it turn power up. White light flashes a few times then goes dead. Initiated a live chat with PS support and the tech had me reset both controllers but did not work. He then had me start the console in safe mode and the controllers worked. Once inwent back to reg mode...they did not work again. Help!

It seems to be a problem related to the last system upgrade 2.51. I had the same trouble but I solved it by unplugging the power cable, waiting 1 minute or so, then plugging it back. It now works for me. If the problem keeps occurring, try to disable the power supply for the USB ports, via menu/preferences/energy saving.
