Nintendo posts net loss

Nintendo has it's first ever yearly loss this year. What do you think has led to it (beside the ecomony). I'm thinking that unemployed people have nothing better to do than play games. Do you think it's the rise in secondhand game stores?

It could be the rise in secondhand stores or how about people renting games instead of buying them? I don't think people are buying as many games either, too expensive - heck they are losing their homes games are the last things on their minds.

I bet less people are buying games new, and that's because of the economy and the fact that basically nobody has any money! Plus the Wii sales have tapered off a lot over the past year, as I think everybody who wanted one has now got one.
