Odd PS4 starting problem, starts on second attempt

So I will go and turn on the PS4, it gives me BLOD light and No Signal on the TV. I press the power button and hold until unit shuts down.

Then I press power button again and it turns on, lights turn to white and I get Playstation menu and unit runs fine.

Anyone else experience this problem? What might be my issue here?

I don't typically leave the system in rest mode, but last time I did it also boots fine back into the menu after being in rest.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
