Online Multiplayer without Playstation Plus

It gives you Free games EVERY month... For ALL your PS Platforms... (PS2, PS3, PSVita and PS4) I currently have in my Library 23 Vita games available and I dont even own a Vita! (That will change soon tho )

This is gonna sound like an incredibly stupid question but I've kinda always wondered this. If I download a Vita game on my PS3 or PS4, can I play it without the Vita? Again. I know. Dumb question

No,after you download it you connect your Vita to PS3/4 and then transfer and install it.
At least that's how it worked with PSP so I assume its the same with Vita.

I've never been online with my PS3 and will only consider doing so as/when I get a PS4. If it has to involve expensive subscriptions then I'm sorry – count me out. With the relatively small amount of usage it would get, it really wouldn’t be worth it. I don't buy a huge amount of games in any given year so any 'freebies' (which to be honest, you've probably already paid for in the subscription) wouldn't really

If there's a 'pay as you play' option, or an option to pay for a game download then it's something still seriously worth considering, but I'm not paying £350-400 for the console and then having to pay continuous chunks of money in order to use it online…

As things stand, it looks as if I'll be sticking to single player campaigns and proper discs. In which case, I'll be waiting for either a great deal later on in the year or an official price drop!

I'm in the same boat.... But I ended up subscribing as my daughter plays online more than me.

So far the only free game I've got is dead nation... And no it's not worth the subscription fee so far.

Hopefully the free games that keep dropping in each month will eventually contain something I am more into.

Initially. I was upset too, when i heard that you would have to pay for online multiplayer with the PlayStation 4.

However i have calmed down, and i researched the facts. PS+ is only $5 a month. That isn't to bad. Plus i appreciate all the years of free online play i received with PlayStation 3.

Not to mention the $100 price difference between the PS4, and Xbox One. Sony has been good to it's customers. For that reason i will gladly pay for PS+. I just want them to expedite their game releases dates.
