Firstly, Hello, new to forum and to PS4.
Bought a PS4 for my young kids (and myself) and want to configure the parental controls to operate, in what I would think is a perfectly normal scenario:
Master User account (me) with full content access and no game restrictions
2 sub accounts that both have game restrictions of lets say level 6 for now
How can I do this?
I've tried every way I can to try to create users but what happens is the level seems to be global on the PS4.
I want to log in as my user and have access to "The last of us"
and when the kids login they don't have access to that game ( or others at high levels) and only have access to the levels I choose.
Why is this proving to be so difficult? If I set the level for 11 in my profile then the kids have it set at 11 too. But lets say I log off and not set it back to 6 on my user, then they still have access at 11.
Makes no sense to me, seems like such a simple task.
