Hi guys I was downloading pes 2015. It s downloaded 3 gb then i shut down ps4 after 10 mins. Open ps4 and i saw that downloading start over wtf is that?

It's probably because you shut down the console. If you are downloading something and then cut the power, it may reset and have to download from the beginning. When you download a game, make sure you put it in Rest Mode so it will download in the background.

If you are talking about actually pulling the power cord out maybe,as thats not a safe shutddown,like holding power off on your PC rather than shutting down properly.
But you can turn the console right off while downloading with no problems,I do it all the time with no issues.
Upon next console start it just continues download where it left off,it does'nt start all over again.

You are correct. Was actually thinking the same thing when formulating my response. It should just pick up where you left off when you shut down but definitely sounds like a disconnection or technical glitch if it starts over after a shutdown. I have had this happen on my PS3 before. If its in rest mode at least the PS4 is running in a low power state so OPs download should finish. Either way, I get around this by just leaving my console on during a download and either watch tv, run some errands or do my rounds on internet forums while keeping an eye on it. Its fool proof
Can also download in the background while playing another game which works too
