PS4 error CE-33945-4 should now be fixed

Anyone had the error CE-33945-4 CAN'T RESTORE LICENSES,well according to a PlayStation Support team member the issue should now be fixed.

Error CE-33945-4, a major glitch that recently kept some PS4 owners from doing anything on their consoles. Sony told Kotaku earlier today that it was aware of this issue--affecting only a limited number of users--and has "made progress" toward a solution.
Finding a solution didn't take too long, as just this afternoon, a PlayStation Support team memeber wrote on the PlayStation forums to say the issue has been fixed.

"Hey guys. This issue should now be resolved," the staffer said. "Please try accessing your games again. If you are still having the issue try restoring licenses. If even after that you are still having issues, please let us know. Thanks!"

Sony said this issue only affected a "very small number of users."
According to personal accounts, users who encounter the glitch--and it's unclear how it's triggered--were blocked from playing games and DLC or accessing services like Netflix.

That was quick. I just read about it a couple of hours ago stating that Sony was looking into the error. They said that they kind of knew what the problem was, never thought it was fixed so quickly. Kudos to Sony, if only the same can be said for CE-34878 which still hits me from time to time.
