Ps4 import

I am a native Indian and was thinking to buy ps4 through my uncle a Canadian nri who works weekly in the US as the ps4 is cheaper there...my main question are
1. Do I have to pay custom duty I I bring it sealed? It costs around 25000 INR (would love to avoid customs)
2. Where to buy from US or Canada coz I have both options..
