PS4 keynote planned for TGS 2013

Not only will they put up some great games available to play on the PS4 at TGS (Tokyo Game Show), but they also are planning to have a keynote presentation for the PS4. I would expect to hear some great games get announced.

Sony Computer Entertainment will host a PlayStation 4 keynote presentation on the first business day of Tokyo Game Show next month.

Scheduled for September 19 and tentatively titled “The World PlayStation 4 Creates,” it will be hosted by SCE president and group CEO Andrew House, senior vice president Masayasu Ito, and Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida.

Good find, TGS is usually exciting but with a possible PS4 appearance and demonstration will make it a bigger hit than last year. I wonder what other zingers PS4 has up its sleeves for the Xbox One to compete with. I love the competition amongst consoles, in the end the gamers always win.

Impressive how you never heard of it, seeing how it is basically E3 part 2 for a lot of people.
But yeah, i am expecting to see the new interface in real time, not all that commercial-type of deal we got for the first time they showed it off.
Let's just hope it's a lot faster than XMB...

Yeah like BlackSolaris said, the Tokyo Game Show is pretty well known and in my opinion the 2nd biggest gaming event after E3. I'm definitely looking forward to it, as Sony will have a nice advantage in Japan as this will be the opportunity for them to reveal some great JRPG's. Hopefully, Square-Enix will also show off some more footage of Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV.

I agree. I hope it's straight up information and demonstrations. We are getting very close to their launch, three months to go.

Ok, so we know Sony is planning to bring the pain at TGS. Still have Gamesco, to get through though at the end of August.

I hope they reveal everything else about the PS4. The fall and it's release date are fast approaching.
