Bom, estou com meu ps4 AMERICANO ha alguns dias. E estou tendo os mesmos problemas que muita gnt por aí, vi diversos casos na internet, algumas soluções propostas, mas aqui nenhuma funcionou.
O play se conecta na internet, porém não entra na #psn.

Já tentei: restaurei por completo o ps4, abri as mesmas portas do roteador e do modem.

Não sei o que fazer, não achei algo p configura, apesar que tenho quase certeza que falta configurar algo.

Mais ou menos, o mapa da rede aqui do barraco:
Linha telefonica = = Modem (DLINK DSL M 500B GENERATION II) == Roteador WIFI (CISCO LINKSYS E900).

O play4, está ligado com o cabo de rede no roteador wifi (possui 4 portas) *Ele reconhece a internet daqui, mas n entra na psn. Quando conectei o cabo atras dele, puxou as config de internet automaticamente.
O roteador comprei a menos de 1 mês, agora conecto sempre pelo wifi (notebook e celular).

Tenho algumas duvidas, vi um pessoal falando da config de portas... como mencionei, abri as mesmas portas no modem (atraves do link: 10.1.1.1) e no roteador (atraves do link: 192.168.1.1).
*Info NOOB: Notei que pra mexer no roteador, mexo conectado no wifi, e pra mexer no modem, tenho que estar conectado pelo cabo de rede conectado nele.

Mó dor de cabeça pra achar as coisas a respeito disso. Se puderem ajudar, agradeço.
