PS4 Rubbish at uploading game play, know matter what I do it never works when I wont it to record im I doing it wrong ? ...... double press share button before something I wont to record, the record button flashes up, but doesn't record ?? have recorded in the past ???

If you wish to record a specific part of a game, you double-press "share" to start recording, then press "share" once, to finish. Videos can be only 15 minutes long. If you want longer videos you'll need 3rd party equipment, and you'll have to disable HDCP (content protection)
