All of a sudden the PS5 stopped responding to any signal from the Dualsense controller. I'd do a reset, but since I can't use the controller, I can't order a reset. The controller is fully charged and I tried using a different controller and connecting the controller with a USB cord. Any suggestions? And is there a way to reset the console without using the controller?
