New PS5 freezes in gameplay...when it restarts I am in new location on map...it does this over and over. I have done a complete reinstall of both game and console software..twice. This has not solved the issue. Sony customer service is non-existent . They have no..none..zip.. live customer service.. People should be aware of this fact before they purchase. My down speed is 99mbps and up is 12mbps so I don't think this is the issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
