I'm a bit ashamed to say I haven't played any of the Metal Gear Solid games (yet), mainly because of the stealth part of it. I have a history with being really bad at stealth games, or the parts of games that require stealth. For the past few years or so, though, I've found that there are games coming out where the stealth parts are a lot more doable, so to speak. The first game that comes to mind is Arkham Asylum, which is another game I really wanted to play but avoided for a while because of the things I had heard about it. Once I started into the game, though, I found the parts that required sneaking around really weren't so bad. Normally I get really anxious during those parts, but Arkham Asylum (and City) made it pretty accessible for sissies like me.
Anyway: what kinds of games do you think utilize stealth elements the best? Which ones are just frustrating?
